Day By Day
Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park, a haven for elephants and home to ancient baobab trees.
Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, spotting herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, and predators like lions and leopards.
Later in the day, drive to your lodge or tented camp in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands en route to Serengeti National Park.
Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive in the world-famous plains, teeming with lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.
Dinner and overnight at a tented camp in the Serengeti.
Spend a full day exploring the vast Serengeti. With a packed lunch, venture deep into the heart of the park in search of the Big Cats, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and — if lucky — the Great Migration (seasonal).
After an eventful day, return to your camp for dinner and relaxation under the African sky.
After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, descending 600 meters into the world's largest intact caldera.
Enjoy a half-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the Big Five, hippos, flamingos, and an abundance of other wildlife.
Have lunch at a scenic picnic site inside the crater before heading back to Arusha in the afternoon.
