Day By Day
Early morning, transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the ferry terminal. Take the first ferry (7:00 AM) to Dar es Salaam, arriving around 8:30 AM. You’ll be welcomed by your driver-guide and begin the drive to Mikumi National Park (approx. 5–6 hours).
Arrive and enjoy an afternoon game drive, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, and lions.
Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Bastian Mikumi.
After breakfast, head into the park for a morning game drive, exploring Mikumi’s diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. Return to the camp for a hot lunch and relaxation. Dinner and overnight again at Camp Bastian.
After breakfast, depart Mikumi and drive to Morogoro town, where you’ll take a train to Dar es Salaam (optional and not included).
From Dar, connect with the ferry back to Zanzibar.
Tour ends upon your return to Zanzibar.
